Still found it a bit sweet. Added some daiquiri bitters, but would consider leaving out the sugar syrup entirely if I wanted a more sour cocktail. I would have used Clarin, but my bottle is getting low and it is hard to get here in San Diego.
Anything with rhum Agricole and Absinthe is perfect for me. This is amazing. Nicely tart with the wonderful tastes of the rum/rhum. The absinthe adds exotic herbal hints.
