Hello Ezekiel! Yes, we can ship to Singapore although sadly it's very expensive - I've sent you an email with a screenshot from our courier company. Sorry it's not better news but international shipping is so expensive at the moment :(

Hi Andre, yes, you'll be able to have a book delivered to Portugal! Our Sixteenth Edition goes on sale from this page on Friday 29th October.
