Champagne cannot fix a 50/50 Martini, IMHO.

Not a Martini fan, sure, but the 50/50 has been my favourite so far...unfortunately this ruins it. :(

Excellent. The champagne moves this martini to another level. Great mix of herbal and yeasty flavours. Perfect as an aperitif.

Obviously will depend on the quality of gin and vermouth - but the champagne definitely lifts it and and adds some biscuity complexity. Well worth trying if you’re a martini lover
