Had again, but this time using the option of all chocolate mole bitters instead. Wonderful also. Slight hint of chocolate and a bit more of an aperitif. Both are wonderful.

Outstanding aperitif. Anejo tequila adds a wonderful flavour as does the bitters. Would highly recommend.

An excellent cocktail. The aged anejo blends well with sweet vermouth, actually better than a Manhattan with bourbon. Both bitters are a good touch.

I've just made this using Storywood sherry cask Tequila, put hairs on your chest ha. Must try with the Licor 43, would tame it slightly.
