Made with green creme de menthe this came out the most beautiful olive green! And it tasted as good as it looked.

This is very interesting, in a good way. Was not expecting the taste of the drink. It is almost like an amaro with a hint to mint. Very refreshing. Would do well as an aperitif or digestive.

Is there a specific reason for changing the creme de menthe from the original recipe to creme de cacao? I imagine it makes it a whole different drink.

It's a mistake! Should be white creme de menthe. Now corrected. Many thanks for bringing this to my attention.
