Very easy to drink but definitely not one of the sweet -tinis. This is a real cocktail, well balanced and let's all components come out. The only thing I'd change is maybe add a dash of Ango if you want it more autumny.

This was great. It made for a perfect evening sipper. The hint of apple was wonderful. Smooth and very easy to drink. An outstanding night cap.

Nice drink on a brisk and windy night. I adjusted the proportions ever so slightly to 1.75 oz, 1.25, and .5. I found the 3rd and 6ths harder to measure... Maybe if I had a new jigger :)

John, you are right. My comment was made years ago and quite a while ago I bought a bunch of Mr. Difford's jiggers for myself and as gifts, when they still needed to be shipped to the US from the UK. I may have been among his first US customers.

We bought one of the jiggers that Difford sells. It is perfect for those smaller amount. Highly recommend.
