My favourite cocktail, perhaps because it’s what my fiancé and I drank to celebrate our engagement in Paris in Cafe Panis overlooking Notre Dame. FYI it’s lethal on an empty stomach, be warned!

This is really lovely, though I do recommend slapping the mint before adding to the glass and muddling with the simple syrup and lime juice to bring out even more mint flavor.
