Delicious. I didn’t have an orange to hand, so I used a dash of orange bitters instead. Especially nice with gooseberry gin.

I prefer this cocktail served up in a Nick & Nora glass with a slightly decreased amount of St. G. (20ml). In both configurations, it’s quite good though.

As the ice melts, the gin begins to recede. Even with Tanqueray Export this can turn into a lovely drink.

I enjoyed this one. Love the bright pink colour and surprising complexity. Looks like a sweet drink but is not. Would reccomend.
