Inspired by the numerous other Tuxedo recipes, this combines the best of them with a faint hint of sweetness (from the bianco vermouth and old tom gin)...
Only had dry gin on hand but upped the bianco a hair for sweetness. Strong yet light on the palate with an pleasingly unusual pink color. The absinthe was subtle but present. A hit with my guest.
Complex but balanced. Essentially fruity but stays dry due to fruitiness coming from those great bitters. I always back off just a hair on the vermouth.
