dilution is super important for this one, it's great at it's sweet spot

I was a bit hesitant about this one, because it looked very simple, but I really shouldn't have been. It's a great cocktail, somewhere between a Gin Julep and a South Side. The split base between lemon and lime is genius. The lime brings out the mint without feeling sharp.

Made this up, thinking its intensity would fall short served upon crushed ice... Serve this on crushed ice.

Just made this with Mentha canadensis a.k.a. American Wild Mint some say is a subspecies of M. arvensis. Tastes like peppermint. Fantastic!

It really is like a Gin Julep with tiny hints of citrus.
