Serve in a Sling glass

Ingredients:
12 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Mint sprig

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE (only to bruise) mint with gin in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass half filled with crushed ice. CHURN (stir) drink with ice using a barspoon. Top the glass to the brim with more crushed ice and churn again. Serve with straws.

Made this up, thinking its intensity would fall short served upon crushed ice... Serve this on crushed ice.

Just made this with Mentha canadensis a.k.a. American Wild Mint some say is a subspecies of M. arvensis. Tastes like peppermint. Fantastic!

It really is like a Gin Julep with tiny hints of citrus.
