Hello Simon. For some of us Rum is complicated and sometimes confusing. So when you say in your recipe "Jamaican-style overproof aged pot still rum" and don't link that reference to specific products, we haven't the faintest idea what you are referring to. What are you referring to?

Hi Simon! I can't really understand your question. If you press on the link above you'll get to the Jamaican OP aged pot still Difford recommends. From that on you can press the link that says See more Jamaican OP aged pot still where they list all the ones they have talked about or reviewed. The most common examples in this category is Hampden 7 year and Smith&Cross. I like S&C, Difford likes Hampden 7.
