Really enjoyed this. One more cardamom pod wouldn't hurt. I made my own mango puree with frozen mango slices I bought at an Indian market yesterday. Maybe enhanced the mouthfeel a little too much? Also, I didn't have vodka (Grey Goose does sound good in this), so I went with Bacardi, and that was a terrific match.

Wow. Loved this drink. Lots of interesting things going on. I'm thinking about trying it with Gin just to see (and have another).

In the recipe is vodka the base spirit, but in the text below rum. I tried vodka, but maybe rum is a more enriching alternative.
