How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of mango slice.

Method

MUDDLE cardamom in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients.
SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Really enjoyed this. One more cardamom pod wouldn't hurt. I made my own mango puree with frozen mango slices I bought at an Indian market yesterday. Maybe enhanced the mouthfeel a little too much? Also, I didn't have vodka (Grey Goose does sound good in this), so I went with Bacardi, and that was a terrific match.

In the recipe is vodka the base spirit, but in the text below rum. I tried vodka, but maybe rum is a more enriching alternative.
