| 3⁄4 oz | Pineapple juice |
| 2 drop | Boker's bitters optional |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of fresh ginger slice.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
