This cocktail has been on my wish list forever. So glad we decided to have tonight as an aperitif. Delightful. Nice hints of herbal with a hint of apricot and lemon. Would definitely have again.

Hmmm… neither fish (daisy) nor fowl (martini), as they say. I’ll stick with a Sunset Park if I want the vermouth/apricot combination. Or I’ll try just a good twist of lemon rather than a squeeze (and keep the drink pink and clear).

Apricot and lemon up against the sweet vermouth and grenadine makes it a different sour. A nice aperitif cocktail.

If you have crappy Apricot Brandy (Bols), add 1/4oz of brandy to amp it up a bit
