Cezary is on a mission to raise awareness for the well-being and a more balanced lifestyle of bartenders in his community through education, regular meet-ups, and celebration of bartender heroes.

We build stars, we celebrate them, and we adore them. Bartending is an amazing job - we do what we love, we can share our passion with people, we can have fun at work, and people think that we are at the party all the time - it is what it is, that's what they see.

What they don't know is the pace, the emotions, the long shifts, the annoying guests, and the hard work we put in outside the shifts to make it happen. And mostly... they won't!

Burnout is the real thing, and we fight with it every day, but most of the time, we stay quiet. So maybe it's time to make NOISE? That's why I created Burntender Society, the local initiative that aims to help bartenders understand why they feel this way and which brings tools that help to change it.

Yes, I understand it! We still connect every signal from our body with our long shifts, constant pressure, eating poorly, or not sleeping enough, and finally, we start to hate what we used to love, right?

We push ourselves to the limits, we achieve awards, we win competitions, we grow as bartenders, and we don't know when to stop. But at the end of the day, we are not bartenders; we are all humans!

Burnout is not only a bartender thing, every year there are more and more people with such a problem. In Poland, statistics show that even 40% of workers fight with it at the same moment you are reading this. Maybe even you are in the same place right now! The idea was to build a safe zone for our community, where bartenders would be able to learn how to talk freely about their feelings and problems at work and outside of it and to remind them that they are not alone with such a problem.

With the help of our local legends, not only from the bartending scene, we have created a project, thanks to which, in small steps, we are trying to reach all bartenders, thanks to whom we have the opportunity to create this beautiful community. The next steps we plan are to expand our operations to the entire hospitality industry. I want to help my bartending family create a professional work environment with a perfect work-life balance to minimize the negative impact as much as possible.

This low-alcohol cocktail is made with hops and citrus leftover "honey." Hop leaves symbolize growth, while honey symbolizes pleasure, truth, and knowledge. Since ancient times, honey has been considered capable of healing wounds. The QR code will show you the upcoming dates of our meetings.

With the revenue from selling my cocktail, I will organize meetings where our community will have the opportunity to meet greats of our industry who, at some point in their lives, fought with the same problem and share their feelings about burnout.

Don't waste time, be honest with yourself, and remember you are never alone! Let's make a NOISE!"
