"I started with cleaning tables and lot of people help me out and gave me inspiration to push myself forward. I now want to give back to the community around me. With Ketel One we've began a platform to inspire new bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts to create cocktails from local ingredients and Ketel One.

To bring forth the first step I invited Finlands top bartenders to give an example how to use our amazing nature as inspiration.With that momentum going we launched also a cocktail competition for new bartenders to showcase their skills. Together with the biggest bartenders association in Finland we'll try to reach as many new lovers of cocktails as possible.

Together we can use ingredients from our nature instead of some where far away places and make a better and cleaner future for us all one cocktail at the time."

Resin & Seabuckthorn

Glass: Highball
Garnish: No garnish, only good for community
Method: Build
Ice: Stick 11,5cm x 3cm x 3cm

Ingredients:
50 ml Ketel One Family-Made Vodka
25 ml Resin & Seabuckthorn
100 ml Club Soda

To make Resin & Seabuckthorn:
Pre mix
1L Ketel One
50g resin
400g seabuckthorn berries
500ml sugar syrup

Take all the ingredients and put them into a sous vide for 1hour in 70 degrees.
After that let the liquid cool down and after strain it through a cheesecloth, you are done. Pour 60ml in a highball and top it off with sparkling water.
