I could see cold infusing the lemon juice with a lemon thyme branch to get a subtle herbaceous flavor.
Would be best over ice or with some seltzer to help break it up.
A little too sweet. Added a dash of angostura bitters to help cut through.
I used grapefruit seltzer (doubles) and it was very refreshing and easy drinking.
