A little one dimensional from all the grape based liquors. Would try with Laird’s bottle in bond instead of cognac.

I could see cold infusing the lemon juice with a lemon thyme branch to get a subtle herbaceous flavor.

Would be best over ice or with some seltzer to help break it up.
A little too sweet. Added a dash of angostura bitters to help cut through.
