Made this with Lustau Amontillado sherry and Linie Aquavit. Pretty incredible. Very complex and the flavours of each component play off each other incredibly well.
Wow. I've been looking for ways to incorporate my love of tea into cooking and drinks for a long time and this is incredible! The earl grey is fragrant and comes through whilst keeping the drink well balanced. Well done Mr Difford!
We had maple syrup and substituted this for the simple syrup and it was incredible! The maple syrup and bourbon work so well together. Would highly recommend you do the same!
