Ingredients:
1 12 oz Akvavit / Aquavit
1 oz Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
12 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest and dill sprig..
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use to garnish with a dill sprig.

Made this with Lustau Amontillado sherry and Linie Aquavit. Pretty incredible. Very complex and the flavours of each component play off each other incredibly well.

I knew it was only a matter of time until this cocktail became recognized by the world. It’s simply transcendent, and until it was made official here; only made truly phenomenal depending on your taste. I use Fino Jerez-Xeres sherry, Vikre Overvann, and Norseman Olympia Liqueur.
