Great drink. Did not use any cane syrup and it was still plenty sweet. Used Cocchi Amaro Vermouth.
Nearly perfect. Complex and balanced, but a bit sweet. I'll go light on the Benedictine next time. The rum was Hampden HLCF classic.
Upped the lime a bit and went with Tapatio 110. Good drink but for my taste could double the lime.
Went with 2oz pot still rum and 1/4 allspice. Very good.
Upped the cacao and banana (both Giffard) to 3/4oz ea. Appleton 8. Bittercube Jamaican No 2 Bitters. Very good.
A bit much with 3/4oz Kaluah. will try 1/2 next time. Also did 3/4 Coruba, 3/4 Smith & Cross, and 1 Probitas. Will do more funk and proof next time.
Made with Probitas and cut back a bit on orgeat. Still a bit too sweet. Will try upping lime next time.
Made with Rum Fire and a Falernum float. Very good.
