I make this in the reg. as a tiki (rum) man this is my got espresso martini type drink. I just replaced the cocoa liqueur with banana liqueur… only because I bough a fresh bottle and need to finish the scraps. What a drink! It needs some tweaking but banana and coffee is the bomb!

Surely this also needs Crème de Cacao as well? It’s crying out for it!

I made this yesterday and rated it. But would it not be more real to the original if a elixir de Cuba was used opposed to crème de cocoa?
I have a pineapple de-corer slicer. Made the prep to this absolutely no problem.

I used gold Puerto Rican rum and Demerara rum. For a drink so boozey this was surprisingly mellow and pleasant. One of my favourites
A great cocktail bringing out the flavour of midori
Although not a poor taste, the cocktail was very flat. Definitely missing something.
