Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Bison grass vodka
34 oz Apple Schnapps liqueur
12 oz Aniseed (anise) liqueur
1 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of star anise.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Prepare garnish of star anise floated on surface.

Wonderfully refreshing: apple and anise served up on a grassy vodka base.
