50 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
25 ml | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Cockburn's Ruby Soho Port |
2 dash | Fee Brothers Gin Barrel Aged Orange Bitters |
15 ml | Egg white |
10 ml | Cold black tea |
5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
