50 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
20 ml | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
20 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
30 ml | Lapsang Souchong tea (cold) |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
30 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
