60 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 fresh | Egg white |
10 ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
1.25 ml | Vanilla extract/essence |
15 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
15 ml | Earl Grey tea (cold) |
