50 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
30 ml | Monin Muscovado Sugar Syrup |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
30 ml | Double cream / heavy cream |
30 ml | Egg white |
4 drop | Bob's Vanilla bitters |
Top up with | Lapsang Souchong tea (cold) |
