Serve in a Snifter/Brandy balloon glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
15 ml Zuidam Rogge Genever
25 ml Single cream/half-and-half
15 ml Egg (white & yolk)
18 cupful Caster/ Superfine/Baker's special sugar (white)
2 twist Lemon peel
