1 1⁄2 oz | Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry |
1 1⁄2 oz | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
1⁄6 oz | Gomme syrup |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
THROW (or stir) all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Aromatic bitters contribute massively to the flavour and hue of this vinous aperitivo. If you like your cocktails bone dry then halve the volume of gomme syrup.
