1 fl oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2 fl oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered half orange slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. TOP with soda.

Made with La Ina Fino and Meletti on the first hot day of the year. Massively quenching, totally excellent. Dialed back the simple syrup a bit to account for the Meletti.
