Ingredients:
1 12 oz Cachaça
1 oz Amaro Montenegro
34 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and straw.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

This is absolutely a cachaca-montenegro drink with a hint of banana, but it is also absolutely delicious.

Yep. I added 5ml at a time and it indeed needed another 20ml to bring it into the banana zone. To be fair some Cachacas are more ‘bananaery’ than others.

I agree, or at least reduce the lemon a bit. But still - an interesting and tasty drink!
