Serve in a Martini glass
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
| 1⁄2 oz | Bacardi Carta Negra Superior |
| 1⁄2 oz | Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum |
| 1 1⁄3 oz | Pineapple juice |
| 1 1⁄2 barspoon | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
| 1 barspoon | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
Garnish: Salt & orange wedge
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: handmade maui base (taken from a six-hours cold-macerated paste made from lime and chilli demerara sugar)
