Ingredients:
1 12 oz Caorunn Gin
13 oz Spiced Pear liqueur
56 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 barspoon *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
1 fresh Egg white
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Half of a fig

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without) ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Homemade fig & apple chutney
