Serve in a Coupe glass
1 1⁄2 oz | Caorunn Gin |
1⁄3 oz | Spiced Pear liqueur |
5⁄6 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 barspoon | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
1 fresh | Egg white |
Garnish: Half of a fig
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without) ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Homemade fig & apple chutney
