Spiked cocktail onion, cherry tomato and lemon wedge with celery stick stirrer (optional salt & pepper rim)
ROLL (rotate) all ingredients with ice in shaker (rather than shake) and strain into ice-filled glass. Use ice freshly from freezer to fill glass (not ice directly from ice-machine) to avoid unwanted dilution from melting ice.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Ketel One Vodka|
|3 1/2 fl oz||Suco de tomate|
|1/2 fl oz||Suco fresco de Limão Siciliano|
|1/4 fl oz||Adoçante|
|2 pinch||Sal de Aipo|
|3 grind||Pimenta do reino|
|10 drop||Molho de Pimenta|
|4 dash||molho Worcestershire (molho inglês) (opcional)|
With vitamin loaded tomato and lemon juices, this sugar-free, low-calorie Mary is almost a healthy option.
Be sure to use a tomato juice with no added sugar and be aware that adding Worcestershire sauce will also contribute a very small amount of sugar.
