A blend of rums aged a minimum of 11 years in a combination of different types of reused white oak casks.

Clear, deep amber with polished bronze highlights.
Vanilla, coconut, mocha coffee, molasses, honey and cinnamon with hints of maple syrup, grilled almond and black pepper spice. Woody rather than fruity.
Medium to full-bodied and dry but with faint sweet fudge and honey. Flavours of butterscotch, light chocolate, mocha coffee, vanilla and walnut.
Lengthily, cinnamon spice, burnt caramel and chocolate fudge with lingering cinnamon, orange zest and black pepper spice.
A relatively light rum heavily loaded with vanilla and nutty chocolate fudge notes from lengthy Caribbean ageing.
