Appearance:

Pale cherry red.

Aroma:

Marzipan and concentrated cherry juice with faint prune.

Taste:

Ripe cherry juice with faint marzipan nuttiness. Light sugar sweetness is balanced by light acidity, fruit tannins and peppery spirituous spice.

Ripe morello-style cherry and marzipan.

Overall:

Light-bodied, well-balanced and quaffable served neat straight from the refrigerator. Ripe cherry juice with light marzipan nuttiness.
