Le Sirop de Monin Brown Cane Sugar Syrup is made from sugar cane from Réunion Island, renowned for the quality of its sugar due to its tropical climate and volcanic soil.
Stronger in flavour than Monin's Pure Cane 'white' sugar syrup, this tends to suit cocktails based on spirits matured in oak such ad whiskey and aged rums.

Clear, deep golden amber.
Moscavado sugar, cinnamon, caramel and vanilla.
Alluring rich caramel with delicate cinnamon and vanilla and treacle.

Brilliantly versatile brown sugar syrup with attractive caramel, cinnamon, vanilla and treacle notes. Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup has 855g of cane sugar per litre, or more scientifically 65.0°brix.
Monin's Almond Syrup uses no artificial flavourings - only good quality almonds to capture a truly authentic flavour, and makes it to a precise sweetness
Made with concentrated lemon juice and other flavouring essences.
Designed to be reminiscent of Nestlé's Galak white chocolate. White chocolate is made from cocoa butter and does not contain cocoa solids, hence this
