How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 fl oz | Calvados & straight applejacks |
2/3 fl oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
