How to make:

MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

3 fresh Small ripe strawberries (hulled)
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1/4 fl oz White balsamic vinegar
3/4 fl oz Apple juice (cloudy pressed)
1/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
