Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
3 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
14 fl oz White balsamic vinegar
34 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
14 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of a fresh strawberry.

How to make:

  1. MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
  2. Add other ingredients.
  3. SHAKE with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with strawberry.

The vinegar smells a bit too much dominant, but the taste is very good.
