Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Dubonnet/French rouge aromatised wine
14 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
34 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of a pair of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Loved this cocktail. Slightly sweet with the orange juice and cherry, but everything works. Had on the night before my step-daughter's wedding. It worked perfectly and would definitely have again.
