Ingredients:
1 12 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
34 oz Amaro Santoni
34 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare pink grapefruit zest for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express pink grapefruit zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Eminently quaffable. So many subtle flavours to contemplate. This one only got better as it warmed a bit. Should have waited to rate as it turned into a five. Thank you Simon for introducing me to Amaro Santoni.
