Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Lustau East India Solera Sherry
34 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of long lemon zest twist & dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
  3. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with soda.
