¹⁄₄ fl oz	Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Chilled water/mineral water (omit if using wet ice)
4 drop	Difford's Daiquiri Bitters (optional)
2 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s (optional)

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare mint leaf for garnish.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

I’m very much of the opinion that if you’re going to have anything as unashamedly retro as crème de me the it should be the green version- in which case this turns out a lovely art deco Miami pastel green. Refreshing either way

I agree, it looks delightful with the green creme de menthe. Almost like having a little green food coloring in a Key Lime pie.
