How to make:
STIR Scotch with honey in base of shaker to dissolve honey. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky|
|3 spoon||Raw runny honey (preferably orange blossom)|
|Single cream / half-and-half|
|Milk (semi-skimmed/2% fat)|
The rich flavour of Scotch is tamed by honey and cream.
