Ingredients:
1 oz Martinique V.S.O.P rum
34 oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
23 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Difford's Falernum liqueur
13 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dust with freshly grated cinnamon & garnish with a lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Loving rhum agricole I loved this. The rhum is forward with the rye and other ingredients in the background. The cinnamon dusting is perfect. Think this could also be made with a small about of pimento dram maybe 1/8 to 1/4 oz. Love it.

Yes, I plan to try it with a little pimento dram next time I make it that sounds good! I didn’t use a large enough coupe glass when I made it!
