Ingredients:
1 23 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
1 23 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
23 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 14 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with soda and briefly stir.
  6. Garnish with lime wedge.

Looked like brown apple, tasted like tart cranberry. The appearance is definitely deceiving. I used freshly processed apple juice which was then fine strained (though not the clear stuff whatsoever). I wonder if the brown is because of any mistake I made.
