Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 fresh Plum (stoned & peeled)
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of plum wedge.

How to make:

  1. CHOP plum into quarters, remove stone and peel.
  2. MUDDLE chopped plum in base of shaker.
  3. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with plum wedge.

Unexpectedly delicious! I made homemade plum syrup and subbed for the simple syrup to skip the muddling and fine straining stages. The vermouth shone through, definitely worth shaking this one up.
