How to make

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of plum wedge.

Method

CHOP plum into quarters, remove stone and peel.
MUDDLE chopped plum in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
