Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 barspoon Honey
2 12 oz Torres Aqua d'Or aguardiente
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 12 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)

Garnish: Orange wedge

How to make:

STIR honey with aguardiente in base of shaker to dissolve honey. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

This citrus refresher is reputedly an excellent cold remedy.
