Ingredients:
12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine
× 1 1 serving

Made this with Banks 5, Cognac Leyrat VS, Luxardo Triplum, and ruby red... Maybe not the most ideal choices or blend of brands, but it showed some promise, even without the sparkling wine, which it was arguably begging for. I'll come back to this.

Good mix of spirits and Champaign. Equal balance. Would recommend for brunch or any time.
